The wiki says Damage is increased by (25% * (Tinkering Skill / 100)) + (50% * (Detect Hidden Skill / 100))

So for me at GM tinkering and detect hidden, that would be (25% * 1) + (50% * 1) = 75%. This is not the case, because with a silver wire trap for example I do exactly 200 damage, which is exactly what the wiki states is the base damge. So it's obviously not "Damage is increased by".

So this means that at 120 tinkering and 120 detect hidden it would be (25% * 1.2) + (50% * 1.2) = 90%.

Would it be increased by 90%, or just the extra 15% over the base equation of 75%? My guess is taking tinkering and detect hidden to 120 would result in a 15% damage increase.

Does anyone have 120 tinkering and detect hidden that can test this? I can supply the wire and GE pot if needed.
