Character Recovery?

So somehow I managed to delete the wrong character from my account. I am pretty new, so the loss of anything is pretty brutal right now?

Is there a way to recover said character, or should i just Bruce Banner it down the road and forget about Outlands? lol

Unfortunately once a character is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
