I have noticed that I am unable to get any NPCs to buy things like scrolls or reagents. I also dont have a need for my giant bag of magical items because I am not ready to aspect. Is there a way to hire a vendor without owning a house?
You can hire vendors from other people, they'll have scrolls on the ground, best to come into Discord, and ask around there, someone will probably help you out, I know @Blaise does a thing for new players, you can reach him there.
