Installing Razor Advanced

After 2 hours of mucking around and overworking google and utube I am defeated and have come looking for help.
Tring to install Razor and there was a instruction video on an older client but in the settings mine does not have the option to add Razor. Any help appreciated.

Duno how but I seem to have Razor outlands edition running? Is that the best one for outlands or the only one?

That's because it's the only one they allow - and it installs with their launcher - you cannot connect with any other client. They've tried to create a fair and equal playing field, by not letting people have advantages of using their own uncontrolled clients/assist programs.
