(Pls Help) Crashing to desktop when making new character

So, I can log into existing characters but I crash immediately to desktop without an error, when making a new character. I have tried deleting the Settings.json and its all being run as admin. Any help would be awesome.

This is an issue with ClassicUO - if you use Steam or Razor, you should be able to create the character, then use ClassicUO go forward from there.
