I deleted old versions. New link is at the top of the page, and spell icons are in the alternatives folder.
Also, I recommend trying the whole pack.

Love the spell icons (including Chivalry / Necro) , but would prefer to keep everything else standard (not because it's bad, I just prefer standard).

Would copying Alternatives\Spell Icons folder only be enough to replace Spells, Chiv, and Necro icons? Or do I need something else as well?

I didn't understand why you asked that. You can change what you want in your GumpOverrides folder. Also, please don't be afraid to try other improvements in my pack.
