Where are good rune libraries

I used to use the one north of Prev after the bridge, and man was that a good one, had runes to almost everywhere, creatures, towns, every shrine, every place of interest, you name it. Where did it go, and is there another rune library just as extensive as it?

Adventure Time Guild Hall, head north of Andaria moongate until you hit mountains. It's the big house with all the vendors in it. You can mark a rune on the tile that can reach all tomes.
