Accelerated skill gain in level 1 dungeons

Like the title says. To get more players to farm in level 1 dungeons, you could accelrate skill gain from 70 upwards. Of course it shouldn't be a pk safe zone like shelter, but this might make farming before maxing out skills more attractive. What are your thoughts?

Aren't there already dungeons with accelerated skill gains every week with 25% bonus? I think that's well enough, besides it doesn't take that long to 100 most of farming skills.

The idea is to attract people to farm in level 1 dungeons, because they are empty and most new players macro all skills to gm before entering a dungeon. So most people skip level 1 and run straight to level 2 or even 3. There is no accelerated skill gain every week, that's the xp bonus for aspect and doesn't concern new players or level 1 dungeons specifically.

Not anymore - it's experience bonus on the weekly bounty board.

I'm not against the idea, but honestly skill gain is not slow at all anywhere, not sure this is much incentive, and once they get to GM (which most macro before going out), it's no longer an incentive. New players hunt level 1's because that's what they can handle - but unfortunately, level 1 is also the first level PK's are forced to run through, so ultimately it leaves them at more risk.

Recently they did implement something that should help promote checking level 1's occasionally - mobs now gain 5% more loot every hour they are alive - players will frequently check level 1's to see if they get lucky with extra loot now..

I understand that skills gain fairly quickly on Outlands, but accelerated skill gain on Shelter is also what keeps us in the newbie dungeon until we reach 70, so I'm trying to think of ways that could attract players to farm in level 1 dungeons. It would make things even more lively if new players rushed to level 1 dungeons after leaving Shelter.
