Buy Blank Scrolls in Prevalia

Hello,

Pretty sure on shelter island there was a scribe I could buy blank scrolls from. But for some reason when I left Shelter Island I can't buy anything there again on that character.

Looking in Prevalia, I don't see a scribe anywhere. Spent a good 20 minutes running around other vendors in vain.


Where do I buy blank scrolls in prevalia, if I can?

Edit: Made a carpenter to do it myself, but still curious where the vendor is.

Once you loose your Young stauts (by leaving shelter, reaching a skill to 70, renounce it) they stop selling you stuff on shelter. You cant even access bank

Maybe you got just unlucky and they were sold out

I used that and it let me to a mage with no scrolls :|
