Long story short. My PC is not usable right now. And I am far too broke to buy a new or even a crappy used one right now. So I'd like to setup my Android tablet with a windows emulator and use that for now. The easiest Windows to emulate is XP. I know that Ultima Online is compatible with XP but is Outlands compatible as well?
