Second to my arrival here, I think no one could ever have missed the greatest thing that ever happened to Outlands, juggling balls! They're fun, they're colorful — they're balls!

Alas, the greatness of these balls is being held back by conservative legislation, restricting their spellbinding use of wonder! I suggest decreased juggling ball cool down to 10 secs like skills, and allowing for juggling without cooldown IF using another set of balls! Merely explaining this idea ought to compel even the most stubborn adversary, what say you?!

Aye, if the sound is what makes them spammable, i'd even say remove the sound in trade for the cooldown too -- the fire breath stuff I can see might need a cooldown but that'd be neat to just keep on jugglin

Aye, it's a great victory!

However, they didn't separate the timer for each individual juggling balls set, which is my main point. But I'm happy for what we got at least!

This means 100% more juggling!
