Special Attacks

So why is it that tamers pets can trigger special effects in PVP but a dexxers special attacks per weapon skill aren't allowed in PVP? Seems to me like the pet speed should of been left alone and those special attacks disabled in PVP. Thoughts anyone?

this may need to go in suggestions. my first suggestion would be all specials vs pets if not already. another handy one would be allow pvm perks if you are not the aggressor (or at least allow pvm resist perks work in Pvp)
